📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all products meet Shieldtag's quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Document and report on quality issues, and work with the production team to address them.
• Utilize quality control software such as SAP QM or similar to manage and track quality data.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality policies.
• Train and mentor junior quality control staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified ISO Auditor) is a plus.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP QM or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
