As a Deputy Recruiter, you will work closely with our Recruitment Manager to ensure that our recruitment efforts are efficient and effective. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to fill our vacancies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Provide support to the Recruitment Manager in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide feedback on the recruitment process to help improve it.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to travel as required.
