In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to growing our franchise network across Indonesia, leveraging your expertise in franchise development, market analysis, and strategic planning.
Based in Pangkal Pinang, you'll work closely with local franchisees, regional managers, and corporate headquarters to identify high-potential markets, negotiate leases, and oversee the opening of new franchise locations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing franchise system, with a competitive salary package of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per month.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies tailored to the Bangka Belitung market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential areas for franchise development.
- Negotiate leases and secure locations for new franchise openings.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide regular reports to regional managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community leaders.
- Assist in the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in franchise development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding franchise networks.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in the Bangka Belitung region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and franchise management software such as FranConnect or FranNet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
