HR Leader, AI & Digital Finance (1-Year Contract) - Bali

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a dynamic HR Leader to spearhead the development of HR initiatives for our cutting-edge AI & Digital Finance team in Bali. This is a unique 1-year contract opportunity to build an HR function from the ground up and drive the people strategy for our innovative projects.

As an HR Leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices that align with our vision to leverage AI and digital finance to transform financial services in Indonesia. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our HR strategies support our mission to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices tailored to the needs of the AI & Digital Finance team.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team to support the growth and development of our employees.
• Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent in the AI and digital finance space.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure that our HR strategies are forward-thinking and effective.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters, including talent management, compensation, and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an HR leader or manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR leadership or a related field is a plus.
