📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct in-store sales activities to promote and sell products effectively.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and discounts.,Provide regular sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-store and remote).
