📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.
