In this role, you will work closely with our team of fintech experts and legal advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, develop and implement legal strategies, and provide guidance on legal matters related to our fintech and P2P lending operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Provide guidance on legal matters related to our fintech and P2P lending operations
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Provide legal support to the business team on a wide range of legal matters
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fintech and P2P lending regulations
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our legal initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal roles within the fintech, P2P lending, or multi-finance industry
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations related to fintech and P2P lending
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
