Cafe Rama Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the clinic has the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for providing excellent dental care services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and equipment.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible deals.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to ensure that procurement activities align with the clinic's strategic goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is a plus.
