📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and person specifications,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
