📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.,Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and accountability.,Monitor team performance and provide support and guidance as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to travel to the office in Palu as needed.
