Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in training and development programs for sales associates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
