📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as a plus.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
