📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
