In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities and tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
