📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the branch is a safe working environment.,Monitor and report on the performance of the branch, providing regular updates to senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a management role within the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics operations and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in the logistics industry.
