📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business development efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze business development metrics and performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and results.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the media and advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
