NEXA Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Brand Ambassador to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our brand ambassadors in promoting our products and services, engaging with customers, and ensuring our brand values are consistently represented. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.,Support brand ambassadors in engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and addressing their needs and concerns.,Help in maintaining and updating our brand's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content.,Assist in conducting market research and providing insights to improve our products and services.,Support in managing and maintaining relationships with key customers and business partners.,Assist in training and mentoring new brand ambassadors to ensure they understand our brand values and can effectively represent us.,Help in coordinating with other departments to ensure our brand's messaging is consistent across all channels.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations to share with the management team and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of our brand and its values.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using social media platforms and other digital marketing tools.,Familiarity with market research and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
