📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and labor laws.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
