Village New Jaya is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our business and ensuring the safety of our drivers and passengers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections and servicing.,Manage fuel and oil purchases and monitor fuel consumption.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and roadworthiness standards.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance and maintenance costs.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities and maintenance.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
