🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical operations, with a proven track record in managing technical teams.
• Proven experience with technical infrastructure management and system optimization.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in technical tools and software such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools like Nagios or Prometheus.
• Certifications in ITIL or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
