Urban Local Cemerlang is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Trenggalek. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's success by attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organizational growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
