📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
