Space Zone Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities including ordering, receiving, and inventory management,Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers,Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships,Ensure timely delivery of materials and services,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities,Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing needs,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and negotiation skills
