📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and approach potential clients in the manpower recruitment industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manpower recruitment.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.,Manage and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and attract new clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manpower recruitment industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and manpower recruitment industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
