📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Singkawang market and local business environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
