📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial planning.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
