📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features.,Review and edit documentation to maintain high standards of quality.,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.,Support the development of training materials for new employees.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve existing documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical software and tools.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
