📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair coffee equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of coffee equipment to meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Calibrate and adjust coffee machines to ensure consistent brewing parameters.
• Train and support baristas on the proper use and maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Monitor and record equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure seamless operation and high-quality coffee service.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee equipment technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of coffee equipment calibration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Valid certification in coffee equipment maintenance (preferred but not required).
