📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including hotels, resorts, and commercial buildings.
• Implement and maintain efficient facilities management practices, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance of facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance work.
• Monitor and manage energy consumption and utility costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and advice to facility staff and management on various facilities management issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on high-end properties.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management software, such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Certification in facilities management, such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or equivalent.
