📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the organization and execution of company events and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the management team in various projects and initiatives.
• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for company representatives.
• Maintain and update company records and databases.
• Provide bilingual support in English and Indonesian for internal and external communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
