📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management software.
• Oversee the procurement and distribution of raw materials, components, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of parts.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of parts to the shop floor.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, with a focus on manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven experience in managing inventory using SAP or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and logistics industry is a plus.
